Baseball Hitting Drill: 6 Steps to a Great Swing

  

 

In this drill the baseball swing is broken down into 6 steps. The steps should be performed individually until the hitter has mastered all steps. Perform these steps after getting the hitter into the correct batting stance.

1 - Load
2 - Step
3 - Launch
4 - Contact
5 - Extend
6 - Extend again
